Wow I only got about 600 gamerscore for MW1, this will take me a while. I hope they come out with some new multiplayer challenges, hopefully keeping the old ones.
Yeah it is always nice to see some multiplayer achievements. I don't mind that, but when the entire achievement list is all multiplayer (*cough*Halo*cough*) then everyone doesn't play fairly and correctly.Glad to see you can get some in both single and spec-ops.
Other than that, the achievement list doesn't look anything special. Just more "Do this" and "complete this mission" stuff. I still can't wait for MW2 though!
I'm fine with the achievements. Although there are multiplayer achievements, they are co-op so I'm okay with that. I'm not the biggest fan of multiplayer achievements generally because there are people who only play online just for that reason. The same can be said for trophies as well.
That's true. That's why I like the multiplayer challenges. You complete them to rank up and get better guns, perks, add-ons. And non of it goes toward achievement points. Not like other FPS.

Well you do realize that 36 of the 49 original achievements for Halo 3 could all be achieved in single player right? Not to mention almost all the multiplayer achievements you could earn had to be done in Lone Wolves (no parties allowed) so even though they did require multiplayer they still had to be done alone. So again I wouldn't say that is even close to ALL multiplayer achievements for Halo 3. Though most of the dlc achievements can be done in multiplayer with others that is just obvious considering the dlc is more maps for the multiplayer part of the game but at the same time it keeps bringning people back to the game evident as Halo continues to be the top played game with unique users on Live on a week to week basis since its release over two years ago.
I for one would like to see a Call of Duty game with real multiplayer achievements, like get so many headshots in multiplyer with this weapon or preform certain task in this playlist, etc I think it would be make the multiplayer even more with playing to be quite honest so its kind of a disappointing to see no multiplayer achievements for the entire game.

Yeah but every game does this, every game has complete game or even level (like COD) on veteran difficulty. Yes I know but Veteran is complete bullshit IMO. I'm used to gernaid spam from players but when its the AI that seems to have an endless supply of them. Most players I know get annoyed, pissed and everything else. I'm the same way but seeing that trophy pop up on screen does make it worth all the rage and frustation
I got all the achievements for Cod4 MW. (Mile High Club was an awesome challange to accomplish)
Im planning on getting all of them for MW2. And i do hope they have something like Mile High Club, it was just so intense and it really made you go thru a complete process like, throw a flash in that corner, 2 guys behind these seats, one guy coming thru the door. It was just so perfectly planned out it was awesome.
