I personally love to draw and such, but often times, I get artist's block.
What do you do when that happens?
Personally, I just practice drawing Slenderman.
Primarily, tsundere Slenderman.
So, what do you do?

I used to do a bit back in the day, most of mine was done from looking at stuff in my room or around the house at the time
when i lack inspiration go out and practice tennis or just hit a tennis ball cause just going out and doing something always re motivated me.
know as carmine or nestea orDustman
Hang out with friends, not a great idea at times but if I hear someone laugh, that always gives me a little spark to get off my lazy butt and be the boss of whatever is ticking me off...
or listen to music if I cant find a friend
Inspiration is really hard for me to come by (I've had writer's block now for five plus years), but usually, if I need that little kick to get me to work on a paper or read my textbook, music is usually what I turn to, like most others.
However, there is something else I do, and that's to set up a reward system. Say for every body part you draw and detail, you can do something you enjoy for x amount of time. I do this with my reading and writing ALL the time, amazing how a little relaxation time can motivate you to get stuff done.
I have to agree completely with Cloud on this one. As soon as I throw on the tunes and take a look at a concept art book, everything is much easier! Just remember though, art comes when it's ready, it's not to be rushed.
Heroes get remembered, Legends never die.
I personally am a musician and If i have some writers block I sometimes try to work it out first. I will write down stuff I'd like to write about and think of stuff that I wanna try to say, things I can compare my feelings to. Like for example if you are conflicting with someone you can describe you and them like "Oil and Water" like Incubus did. Either way, if this doesn't work for me...then usually i either just play games, watch tv, talk to friends, jog...basically any way to get my mind off of it! Eventually if my head is cleared by something else then I can go back to it and finally get work done!

Thankfully I don't suffer too much from artist's block. I paint mostly but if I get stuck I tend to turn to sketching, if that doesn't work I just walk away from whatever I'm working on for a few days and chill out then go back to working on it. Sometimes a rest from it can help wonders.

^Exactly...sometimes you just need to walk away from it and let it set.
