So for the past several weeks I've been ramping up my exercise and doing my best to eat better (failed last night, had BBQ! but they were good times).
I'm up pretty early this morning, so I was doing some fitness research and encountered some articles on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
HIIT basically involves a workout with short spurts of really insane exhausting intervals (ex. all out sprint for 15-30 seconds), then a quick rest (2 min.), then repeat.
I'm generally a very tolerant guy. I love seeing different people and different races get together, befriending each other for who they really are, and not how they look or what religion they are. Ignorant racists aside, our country is a beautiful thing, NY in particular is a magnificent melting pot. And I really admire that.

As you may have heard, Activision is likely to downsize, shutdown or sell Bizarre Creations, the creators of Blur, Project Gotham Racing, and Geometry Wars games.
Apparently a lot money was put into the development of Blur and sales just were not that great.
I've played a lot of the game a lot of the beta, and it's a great game overall, so why did sales suck? Let's lay out some potential reasons and discuss!

There's a spot near my workplace called Bite that serves an excellent beverage by the name of Iced Chocolate. It was just a rich chocolate beverage filled to the brim with ice cubes. It's damn good. Looking to see what the secret was, it was tricky to see how exactly they make it, but it involves two packets of Swiss Miss brand hot chocolate packets.
